The maisonettes consist of two floors and are situated at the center of the complex. They overlook the garden. On the upper floor one will find the 2 bedrooms (a double bed and a bunk bed or a single bed) and a Shower/WC. On the ground floor there is the living room area and the kitchen area with the dining facility plus a small WC.

All Maisonettes have mosquito nets, a flat screen TV with Sat Channels (1-2 English speaking channels), telephone, air condition (for cooling and heating), safe (with charge) and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a two-ring stove, an oven, a coffee-making machine, a kettle, a small fridge and cooking utensils
